FAQ

We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions from people considering purchasing a FLUFFY stuffed animal.
I hope this is helpful.

Q. When and how should I send the photos?

A. After you have completed the purchase process, we will send you an email which will contain the URL of the page where you can register your pet's information.
You can send up to nine photos, so please register your photos there.
If you do not receive an email, please let us know.

Q. Can I specify the pose of the stuffed animal?

A. In the case of dogs and cats, it is easy to specify.
Dogs: → Lie down, sit, stand Cats: → Lie down, sit Please contact us for other animals.

Q. Can you make it the same weight as the real thing?

A. I'm very sorry, but due to the specifications it is not possible to put a weight inside to make it the same weight. I'm sorry.
However, FLUFFY stuffed animals are a little heavier than the stuffed animals you typically find in toy stores.
It's not as heavy as the real thing, but you can still feel its presence when holding it.

Q. I would also like to send a video to convey the image.

A. Videos are often too large for us to open, so we ask that you only send us images.

Q. I would like to give a stuffed toy as a gift. Can you wrap it for me?

A. Please order gift wrapping at the same time as ordering your stuffed toy. We will wrap it with care so that your loved one will be happy.

Q. Can I specify a delivery date and time?

A. It currently takes about two and a half months to complete a stuffed toy, but there may be delays depending on the season. (Orders placed between November and February may take up to three months in some cases.)
Therefore, we would like you to let us know your desired date and time of receipt when we contact you to inform you that the item is completed, rather than when you place your order.

Q: What kind of photos should I send?

A.・Face・Whole body (back, stomach, right side, left side)
・Parts (tail, limbs, etc.)
It would be great if you had about 9 photos as a guideline, including ones that clearly show the fur pattern.

Q. Would it be possible for me to take photos to check the progress bit by bit during the production process?

A. Unfortunately, we cannot do this because we have a method in which each team is responsible for many processes in the workshop. The product is delivered to Japan when it is about 90% complete, and then the final touches are made in Japan. If you wish, you can check the finished product in photos. If there are any areas that concern you at that time, it is difficult to make major corrections, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
